Date Nights is designed as a relaxed, fun, and hands-on interactive childbirth 3-week series.
This birth preparation series is excellent whether you are planning a home, hospital, or birth center birth.
Topics in this birth class series include:
-Deepening connection between Mother, Baby, and Partner/Support Person.
-Hormones of labor/birth
-Normal progression of labor
-Stages of labor
-Intervention and induction options, both natural and medicated.
-Valuable hands-on guidance with Comfort Measures
-Relaxation techniques to help cope with the progression and intensity of labor.

Whether you're planning a natural or medicated birth this 3-week birth preparation series of classes will help guide the birthing mother and her partner with an understanding of how labor progresses as well as various labor and birth positions and hands-on comfort measures to help the birthing mother achieve her desired labor and birth experience.
Partner/Support person is welcomed and highly encouraged to attend - because what is a date night without a date?
Going it alone as a Single Momma? No worries! You are welcome to include either your best friend, sister, mom, doula or whomever is going to be your support person.
