This birth preparation series is excellent whether you are planning a home, hospital, or birth center birth.
Topics in this comfort measures for labor & birth workshop include:
- Relaxation techniques
- Breathing Exercises
- Various labor/birth positions
- The importance & significance of the role of the Partner/Support person
In this workshop, the birthing mother and her labor/support person will learn coping skills and tools to help cope with the progression and intensity of labor and birth. It is an excellent workshop for expecting mothers who desire a natural birth or a medicated birth.
Birth Warrior Comfort Measures is not a comprehensive childbirth class.
Partner/Support person is welcomed and highly encouraged to attend.
